Fraser Randall were appointed directly by Christies as the project and cost manager for the strip out and extreme high quality refurbishment of the prestigious first floor sale rooms at Christie’s located in Mayfair.

The multi million redevelopment was undertaken in three phases, and the refurbishment involved the input management of a multitude of internal stakeholders, all critical to its enormous success.

Overseeing multiple specialist consultant appointments and with a years planning period, Fraser Randall managed the planning ,design and procurement processes to achieve the remarkable construction and operational handover tasks within the target twelve week sales closure window.
