This touring exhibition used immersive audio visual displays, interactive experience and a series of previously unseen fossils from China to reveal the connection between dinosaurs and present day birds in our gardens.
The Natural History Museum appointed Fraser Randall to act as principal contractor, project and construction manager for Dino Birds. We were responsible for all sub-contractor and site co-ordination as well as a number of bespoke packages for the setworks, interactives, lighting, audio-visual and graphic works. The exhibition was designed to tour whereby Fraser Randall worked closely alongside designers and the Natural History Museum, to develop a modular system that could be packed into freighting cases allowing flexibility in relation to the differing layouts of touring venues.
