This project involved the management of the relocation of 17,500 objects by the client curatorial and conservation team in both the main museum and the Walker Gallery. All showcases were environmentally monitored and fabricated to full conservation requirements.
Fraser Randall were appointed as the construction and cost manager for the £8 Million fit out of the 6,500 square metre World Museum, Liverpool and Walker Gallery for National Museums Liverpool. Fraser Randall managed, procured, co-ordinated and oversaw multiple package contractors for all aspects of varied and specialist works during the project’s two year build programme.
