Fraser Randall were appointed as the project and construction manager for the roll out of dedicated business centres that CableTel envisaged would bring a new experience to the high street, whilst servicing their customer needs of an easy access bill paying facility. The centres included a café, small broadcast studio and bill paying facility, and were the forerunners of the internet cafes that were to become a high street fixture over the next ten years.
