Fraser Randall were contracted to act as the Client Representative and Principal Designer for the refurbishment of an existing bank, converting it into a trendy Mexican Bar and Restaurant. The refurbishment included managing asbestos removal, the demolition of sections of bank vaults, new M&E installation throughout including new kitchen, and full decoration throughout.

The restaurant and bar opened in August 2018.
