The Ellinikon Experience Center takes you on a journey through a world of innovation, sustainability and ambition. Through five themed zones with impressive facilities and interactive experiences visitors will learn the main goals, philosophy and features of The Ellinikon. Fraser Randall were appointed as the client liaison to Lamda Development, to help undertake the Design & Content Development phase, through to managing the physical delivery of all five themed areas with the Design & Build contractor, Media Monks. Most of the physical elements were manufactured in Amsterdam, Netherlands, by fabrication contractor, Hypsos. We assisted Media Monks in the management of this contractor, carefully taking our client through the various stages of content and design approvals before the physically elements started their production.

As the project moved over to the Construction Phase, Fraser Randall had a weekly presence on site to ensure the construction progress remained on programme. To achieve this, we were required to coordinate daily with the basebuild contractor, to ensure that we worked in an efficient sequence to maximise productivity on mitigate any delays to the completion of the project.
