Axtell House

Axtell House is a landmark office redevelopment located at the junction of Warwick Street and Beak Street, close to Golden Square, the Carnaby Estate, and Regent Street. The project transformed the existing structure, retaining its Art Deco charm while introducing three new floors and a rooftop terrace to enhance both functionality and appeal.

Fraser Randall provided project and cost management for this redevelopment, ensuring that the structural alterations, interior fit-out, and heritage considerations were executed to the highest standards.

Our Role

• Managed the full strip-out of six floors to prepare the building for redevelopment.
• Oversaw the demolition and reconstruction of the top three floors, ensuring structural integrity and compliance.
• Led the full office fit-out, coordinating contractors and consultants to deliver a high-specification workspace.
• Ensured the preservation of key Art Deco features while incorporating contemporary design elements.
• Maintained cost control and programme management to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
