Upcoming Project: Sound and Vision Galleries

The team has been back at the @mediamuseum again, Project Managing the museum’s new permanent Sound and Vision galleries which are due to open in summer 2025. These two significant new galleries will be accompanied by a programme of activities, showcasing key objects and stories from the museum’s world-class collections of photography, film, television, animation, video games and sound technologies.

We’re especially excited by the forthcoming Behind The Screams immersive scene – which will delve into the shock and thrills of the most iconic horror effects created through make-up, sound, props and special effects. We have particularly loved working with @theworkhausprojects as part of their ongoing work to use sustainable materials which is playing a key part in the Museum’s wider sustainability strategy.
