Fraser Randall has been appointed as Exhibition Project Manager, bringing expert oversight to the museum’s ambitious relocation and redevelopment.

• Leading Project Management, Contract Administration, and Specialist Trade Package Management to ensure a seamless delivery.
• Overseeing the integration of world-class exhibitions within the restored Victorian market buildings.
• Collaborating with the museum team to balance heritage conservation with modern visitor experiences.
