Cartier
This landmark exhibition at the V&A marked the museum’s first major showcase in nearly three decades dedicated to Cartier, bringing together an extraordinary collection of jewels, watches, and archival material from across the world.
With loans from the Cartier Collection, His Majesty The King’s Royal Collection, the Monaco Princely Palace, and private lenders, the exhibition presented some of the most iconic pieces in jewellery history — including Queen Elizabeth II’s Williamson Diamond brooch (a rare 23.6-carat pink Williamson diamond), Grace Kelly’s engagement ring, and the Scroll Tiara, a renowned diamond tiara that has a rich history within the British Royal Family, commissioned in 1902 and has been famously worn by Clementine Churchill to Queen Elizabeth II’s coronation in 1953, and Kate Middleton for her wedding to Prince William in 2011.
Fraser Randall provided Project and Cost Management and Contract Administration for the exhibition, ensuring rigorous financial control and seamless collaboration across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
