Dirties Restaurant and Bar

Dirties Restaurant and Bar transformed a former bank into a vibrant, Mexican-inspired dining destination. The redesign preserved the building’s character while introducing a stylish indoor dining space, a lively cocktail bar, and a garden area. The former bank vault was creatively repurposed into an intimate private function space, adding a unique touch to the venue.

Fraser Randall was appointed as Client Representative & Principal Designer for the refurbishment of an existing bank, transforming it into a Mexican bar and restaurant.

Our Role

• Managed asbestos removal and the demolition of bank vault sections.
• Oversaw the installation of new M&E systems, including a new kitchen.
• Directed full interior decoration to achieve the desired aesthetic.
• Ensured health & safety compliance in line with Principal Designer responsibilities.
