Ellinikon Experience Center

The Ellinikon Experience Center offers visitors an immersive journey into innovation, sustainability, and ambition. Spanning five themed zones, the center showcases the vision, philosophy, and key features of The Ellinikon through cutting-edge interactive experiences and impressive facilities.

Fraser Randall was appointed as Project Manager and client liaison to Lamda Development, overseeing the project from Design & Content Development through to the physical delivery of all five themed areas in collaboration with Design & Build contractor, Media Monks.

Our Role

• Managed the fabrication process with contractor Hypsos, ensuring seamless content and design approvals before production commenced.
• Maintained a weekly on-site presence during the Construction Phase, monitoring progress and ensuring alignment with the project timeline.
• Worked closely with the basebuild contractor, implementing an efficient sequencing strategy to maximize productivity and mitigate potential delays.
