Hedonism Wine Vaults

Fraser Randall was appointed by Hedonism Wines, a boutique fine wine, whiskey and spirits boutique in the heart of Mayfair, to deliver an extension of their trading space by repurposing a back-of-house area previously used as a car garage. The transformation expanded the retail footprint while maintaining the brand’s signature sense of detail, quality, and craft.

Acting as Project and Cost Manager, Principal Designer and Site Manager, Fraser Randall led the project from concept to completion. Our team managed the full design development, procurement and delivery process, ensuring a seamless architectural and material integration with the existing shop floor.

Working as Construction Managers once on site, we coordinated all trades, maintained responsibility for health and safety, and oversaw the delivery of a climate-controlled, high-end retail environment, all within a tight footprint and live building.

• Led project and cost management from early planning through to completion.
• Acted as Construction Managers and Site Managers, coordinating all trades and overseeing site operations.
• Delivered the project to a tight programme and budget, including contractor negotiation and final account agreement.
• Managed health and safety, climate control specifications, and detailed material matching to ensure a high-quality result.
