Hedonism Wines is a world-class fine wine and spirits boutique in the heart of Mayfair, designed to offer the most luxurious shopping experience. With an unparalleled selection of rare and exceptional wines, the store provides a bespoke environment tailored to the needs of collectors and connoisseurs.

Fraser Randall was appointed as Project and Construction Manager, overseeing the transformation of two neighbouring retail units into a single, high-end wine emporium.

Our Role

• Oversaw the installation of high-specification air conditioning and humidification systems to ensure optimal storage conditions for wines, some valued at over £150,000.
• Managed the installation of bespoke lighting and joinery, enhancing the boutique’s high-value aesthetic.
• Coordinated the design and construction of a custom feature staircase and dedicated customer tasting facilities.
• Ensured the project was completed efficiently within the client’s ambitious timeframe, maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and precision.
