Historic Royal Palaces – Dress Codes

Curated by Historic Royal Palaces, Dress Code offered a vibrant and revealing look into the Royal Ceremonial Dress Collection, showcasing garments worn by figures including Queen Victoria, Queen Elizabeth II, and Diana, Princess of Wales. Many of the items, rich in heritage and craftsmanship, were displayed publicly for the first time within the walls of Kensington Palace.

Fraser Randall provided Project Management services to both the Lead Designer and Principal Contractor, supporting the delivery of this elegant exhibition within a fast-paced three-month construction programme.

Our Role
• Provided Project Management services from RIBA Stage 5 through to Stage 6 completion.
• Managed contract delivery for the Principal Contractor, from appointment to Practical Completion.
• Reviewed build drawings and coordinated weekly onsite and offsite meetings.
• Oversaw variation management and integration of client-direct packages into the main construction programme.
