Fixing Our Broken Planet is a timely and forward-looking gallery at the Natural History Museum, exploring the critical environmental challenges of our time, from biodiversity loss to climate change. Designed to inspire action and optimism, the exhibition highlights science-led, nature-based solutions that offer real hope for a sustainable future.
Blending contemporary research with practical innovation, the gallery showcases the work of world-leading scientists tackling global issues through collaboration, creativity, and evidence-based change.
Fraser Randall provided Cost Management and Contract Administration for the exhibition, supporting its delivery with rigorous financial control and close coordination across stakeholders.
Our Role
• Delivered end-to-end cost management, ensuring budget alignment without compromising curatorial or design vision.
• Maintained financial control throughout design development, procurement, and installation.
• Led full contract administration, including issuing instructions, managing variations, and ensuring contractual compliance.
• Worked closely with the client and delivery teams to resolve risks, maintain programme clarity, and support change control.
• Facilitated clear communication across all phases to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
