Spanning 4000 to 1000 BC, the exhibition provided fresh insights into this transformative era—bringing groundbreaking archaeological and scientific discoveries to life.

Our Role

• Led cost control and financial oversight for the exhibition fit-out works.
• Conducted stage-by-stage cost appraisals, advising on value-for-money and buildability.
• Managed procurement and contractor selection, overseeing all trade works and contractual agreements.
• Provided strategic guidance on construction management, adapting approaches to optimize delivery.
• Retained financial oversight throughout construction, reporting on costs and forecasts to the client.
• Administered contracts, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and certifying practical completion.
