Vision & Virtuosity

Vision & Virtuosity was a 10-week temporary exhibition celebrating Tiffany & Co.’s 185 years of innovation, craftsmanship, and heritage. Spanning 2,200 sqm at the Saatchi Gallery in Chelsea, the exhibition showcased over 400 objects, including documents, photographs, textiles, and iconic jewellery that have defined Tiffany & Co. since its founding in 1837.

Fraser Randall was appointed during RIBA Stage 4, responsible for the management and safe delivery of the project from technical design through to construction, handover, and deinstallation.

Our Role

• Provided strategic project management, establishing a structure to fully deliver the client’s brief and overall objectives.
• Managed coordinated programmes for design, procurement, construction, and fit-out.
• Supported the client in procurement strategy development, assisting with design briefs and tender documentation.
• Administered contracts for the Main Contractor and managed the graphics specialist trade package.
• Led the off-site design process, overseeing design reviews, feedback, and approvals.
• Acted as the main liaison between the host venue (Saatchi Gallery) and the project team, ensuring a smooth site handover for both fit-out and deinstallation.
• Served as the key point of contact between Tiffany & Co.’s internal stakeholders, consultants, designers, and contractors.
