Visions of Nature

Visions of Nature is an ambitious mixed-reality exhibition designed to immerse visitors in a thought-provoking environmental journey. Through augmented reality (AR) technology, the experience transports participants 100 years into the future, exploring possible scenarios for the planet and humanity’s role in shaping them. Blending speculative futures with grounded science, the exhibition encourages reflection and action around sustainability, climate, and conservation.

Fraser Randall provided Cost Management and Contract Administration, supporting the delivery of this cutting-edge experience with rigorous financial control and collaborative problem-solving.

Our Role
• Provided full cost management services across all phases, supporting value-led decision-making without compromising creative integrity.
• Maintained financial oversight through design development, procurement, and installation.
• Led contract administration, managing variations, certificates, and compliance across all contractors.
• Facilitated communication between stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversaw change control procedures and managed contractual claims, including extensions of time.
